Where You’ll Have Your Surgery and How to Make Payment Arrangements
LASIK is performed at Dallas LASIK Center at our Dallas Headquarters location at 11442 North Central Expressway on the first floor. Most other surgery is performed at the Key-Whitman Surgery Center on the first floor also at the Dallas location or in Arlington at the Arlington Day Surgery Center next door to our North Arlington office.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Key-Whitman Eye Center, our goal is to provide exceptional eye care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of eye care.

Cancellations of Appointments
Please call the Key-Whitman Eye Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled office appointment we require that you give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely eye care. Valet Service at our Dallas Location
We now offer FREE Valet service offered from 9:00AM – 3:00PM. We also offer free WIFI and TV for our patients.
We offer convenient metroplex locations to choose from, including Dallas, North Dallas, Mesquite, Plano, North Arlington, and South Arlington. Our Eye Centers comprehensive resources enable patients to have initial consultations, testing, follow-up visits, and any needed medical vision procedures done in our centers, without having to travel to facilities elsewhere.

If you or someone you know is interested in any of our services, call us at 214-220-3937 to speak to one of our Patient Services team members. Unless your insurance company requires, you don’t need a referral from a doctor to contact us or to meet with one of our experts.
Our telephone receptionists are highly knowledgeable about the options for vision correction and the individual specialties of our doctors. When you call, they will ask the right questions to help guide you in the best possible direction.

Bring the following items with you to your appointment:
- List of daily medication (dosage and frequency)
- List of allergies
- Name, phone and fax number for your primary care physician
- Location and phone number for your pharmacy
- Insurance identification cards
- Driver’s license
- Eyeglasses and/or current contact lens information
- Dark prescription sunglasses if you own them
- Patient Easy Access
We have created an online tool which allows patient access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Through our “Patient Easy Access” portal, you can request an appointment, pay a bill, securely ask a question or request additional information from the convenience of your own home or while you are traveling. Just find the bright yellow button at the top of our site and set up a secure account and you will be on your way.
