We accept any of the following options for payment in part or in full:

Insurance

Key-Whitman Eye Center participates in many major medical health plans. Unfortunately, elective eye surgery like LASIK or PRK is considered medically unnecessary and is usually never covered by your insurance. If you find out that your insurance does cover your procedure, let us know, and we will contact your plan to make the arrangements. Call us to see if your vision plan offers discounts on LASIK (some offer as much as 15% discount off our price). For eye exams and medically necessary surgery, our doctors and surgery centers participate in most major medical insurance networks. Medicare

Yes, we do take assignment with Medicare. Key-Whitman will file your qualifying surgical procedure with Medicare and any supplemental policies including Medicaid.

Pricing

The final cost for surgery will be quoted to you following your in-office exam & consultation which is payable in full or in part via credit card, cash and/or through payment plans on the day of surgery.
