Where You’ll Have Your Surgery & How to Make Payment Arrangements
LASIK is performed at Dallas LASIK Center at our Dallas Headquarters location at 11442 North Central Expressway on the first floor. Most other surgery is performed at the Key-Whitman Surgery Center on the first floor also at the Dallas location or in Arlington at the Arlington Day Surgery Center next door to our North Arlington office.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Key-Whitman Eye Center, our goal is to provide exceptional eye care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of eye care.
Scheduled Appointments
To schedule your appointment by telephone, please call us at (214) 225-2577 or choose from one of our convenient locations, or request an appointment online!
Cancellations of Appointments
Please call the Key-Whitman Eye Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled office appointment we require that you give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely eye care. Cancellation of scheduled surgeries require 24 hours notice.
