Where You’ll Have Your Surgery & How to Make Payment Arrangements

LASIK procedures are performed at Dallas LASIK Center, located on the first floor of our Dallas Headquarters at 11442 North Central Expressway.

Most other surgical procedures are performed at one of our accredited outpatient surgery centers, based on your procedure, surgeon, and scheduling availability. Our current surgery centers include:

  • Central Point Surgery Center, located on the first floor at our Dallas Headquarters
  • Arlington Day Surgery Center, located adjacent to our North Arlington office
  • Lonestar ASC, located in Grapevine
  • Heritage Surgery Center, located in McKinney
  • 2 new locations are under construction in Frisco and Rockwall

The Use of AI Technology at Key-Whitman.

Our practice uses secure artificial intelligence (AI)–assisted tools to support certain administrative and clinical activities. These tools are designed to improve communication, efficiency, and documentation while supporting high‑quality patient care. AI tools do not make medical decisions or replace your healthcare provider. Any audio recordings, voice interactions, or transcriptions created through AI‑assisted tools are securely transmitted, may be stored, and accessed using industry‑standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. These safeguards are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with applicable privacy and security laws, including HIPAA.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Key-Whitman Eye Center, our goal is to provide exceptional eye care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of eye care.

Cancellations of Appointments

Please call the Key-Whitman Eye Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled office appointment, we require that you give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Available appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely eye care.
