During this time of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we want to make it easier as well as safer for you to pick up or receive the products you are used to purchasing at our offices and optical centers. Please see the information and schedules below for your particular location:

Dallas: Curbside pickup is available for your glasses orders, contact lenses, vitamins and all other products. We are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM to bring your orders down to your car. Just simply call ahead to let us know when you are coming at (214) 225-2577 and again when you arrive and we bring it to your car. If you prefer, we are happy to send your orders by mail – again just give us a call.

Plano: All open orders for glasses are currently being mailed. Feel free to call us at 972-945-6688 if you need us to mail you vitamins, drops, lid scrubs etc.

Mesquite: We are contacting you about your open orders for glasses and will be available for curbside pickup Friday, March 27 between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Call us at 469-828-5590 to make sure we’re ready for you and honk twice when you arrive. Someone will be right out for you.

South Arlington: Curbside pickup of open order for glasses and other products is available, this Friday, March 27th between 8:00AM and noon or next week, Tuesday, March 31st and Thursday, April 2nd between 8:00 AM and noon. Call ahead at 817-835-7030 and we will have your order ready. When you arrive, give us a call at the same number and we will bring it down.

North Arlington: Curbside pickup of vitamins, artificial tears, lid scrubs etc. will be available. Please call ahead at 817-476-7788 and we can get your order ready for your arrival. Call when you arrive and we can bring it to your car. If you prefer, we are also happy to mail it to you as well.

Rockwall: Curbside pickup of your artificial tears and lid scrubs are available Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Please call ahead at 972-449-1840 and again when you arrive. We are also happy to mail your order as well.

Contact Lens Reorders

If you are a contact lens patient due for an exam, we are making special concession as routine exams have had to been rescheduled under the governmental COVID-19 orders. We are allowing for a refill of your current prescription for contacts for 90 days only. We are unable to make any changes to your RX. Please call (214) 225-2577 to place your order.
