LASIK vision correction surgery can give you more freedom to do what you enjoy most. We are pleased to offer our patients affordable financing to fit almost any budget for costs as low as $99 per month. This is a limited-time offer!

Alphaeon Credit

Alphaeon credit card accounts are offered by Comenity Capital Bank who determines qualifications for credit and promotional eligibility.

At no time will the minimum payment be less than $25.
Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per credit plan.
Standard variable APR of 28.99%, based upon the prime rate.

Budget Pay – When you use your Alphaeon credit card account, interest is assessed on the promotional credit plan purchases at an APR of 14.90%. The length of the promotional period will be determined by the payment amount. Fixed minimum monthly payments for this plan, during the promotional period, will be a predetermined amount based upon the purchase amount.

Required minimum purchase of $799 for the $99 plan.
The maximum purchase amount of $4500 for the $99 plan.
The minimum interest charge is $2.00 per credit plan.
Standard variable APR of 28.99%, based on the Prime Rate, Minimum Interest is $2.00 per credit plan.

CareCredit cards work just like a regular credit card but is exclusive for healthcare services. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including LASIK.

For vision procedures, CareCredit offers:

No-interest financing if paid within 24 months*
No up-front costs, pre-payment penalties or annual fees

There is no interest if you pay your full balance within 24 Months on purchases of $300 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within 24 months* or if you make a late payment.
