What are Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau (aka “Newtox”)?

Botox®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau® are neuromodulators that treats fine lines and deep wrinkles, and are made of purified neurotoxins. Apart from treating unwanted wrinkles, these neurotoxins are also FDA-approved to treat a variety of medical conditions, such as blepharospasms, excessive sweating, overactive bladder, crossed eyes, and migraines.

How Do Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau Work?

When injected into facial muscles, these neurotoxins temporarily weaken the targeted muscles that cause dramatic lines and wrinkles. Typical results last 3-4 months.

Am I a Candidate for Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau?

The first step it to have a consultation with a specialist. We will determine if you are a good candidate based on the location of your lines and wrinkles, age, condition of the skin and whether your expectations are realistic.

When Can I Return to Normal Activity?

We recommend no strenuous activity on the day of treatment. Generally there are no restrictions after the day of treatment.
