- Follow the directions on your prescription, and do not wear contact lenses longer than the specified time.
- Follow care instructions on your contact lens solution bottle.
- Even with “no-rub” solution, it is best to use the “rub and rinse” method to clean contact lenses.
- Allow lens cases to dry between uses, and only use fresh solution on your contacts each time you store them.
