them out. Carry a bottle of solution with you or keep one in your desk
at work, and take a few minutes to clean your lenses during the day. You

Use rewetting drops to keep your eyes moist. Many allergy medications will actually dry your eyes out. Dry eyes are
more irritable. Keep your eyes moist with rewetting drops. You can also
ask your eye doctor about purchasing contact lenses that have more moisture

that may be stuck in your eyes during the day if you are unable to clean

Changing your contacts daily will help eliminate many of the allergens
that can get stuck in your eyes during allergy season.
