S. Warren, M.D. was born in Houston, Texas. She graduated Summa
Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Biology. She
earned her medical degree at Texas Tech University Sciences Center, where
she was a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
She is the proud mother of three children.
Dr. Warren is board certified by the American
Board of Ophthalmology. She is also board
certified in LASIK by the American Board of
Eye Surgeons. She is a member of the
American Medical Association, the Texas
Medical Association, the American
Academy of Ophthalmology, the Dallas
Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Warren is
a surgical staff member at Key-Whitman
Surgery Center, Presbyterian Medical Center
in Dallas, Baylor Medical Center and Premier
Ambulatory Center in Garland.
Dr. Warren is experienced in all areas of general ophthalmology. She
is diligent in staying current with the newest medications and techniques
in order to provide her patients with the best possible care. Her surgical
expertise includes cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery. Dr. Warren
is experienced in LASIK surgery, which corrects nearsightedness, farsightedness
and astigmatism. She performs IntraLase® using the Wavefront customized
treatment. She is also credentialed to perform refractive lens implants,
including Crystalens®, ReZoom®, and ReSTOR®. These implants
allow patients to see near, intermediate and far distances without glasses
or contacts. Dr. Warren’s glaucoma patients also benefit from the
latest technology, including selective laser trabeculectomy and endocyclophotocoagulation.
