Samantha N. Naidoo, O.D. grew up in Garland and graduated from South Garland HighSchool. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station. Dr. Naidoo earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston and is a Therapeutic Optometrist. She is active in her community volunteering at her church in Plano as well as with the Junior League of Richardson. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.

She earned her postgraduate certification as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. The International Association of the Board of Examiners in Optometry certifies her in the Treatment of Ocular Disease. Dr. Naidoo completed her clinical externships at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio and at 1st EyeCare, a large medical optometry practice located in South Dallas.Dr.Naidoo is extensively trained in preoperative and postoperative management of cataract and refractive surgery patients including LASIK, Limbal Relaxing Incisions, Crystalens, ReSTOR, Tecnis and Refractive Implants. She performs comprehensive dilated eye examinations for diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, corneal disease and diabetic retinopathy.
