Humphrey, M.D.
Dr. Humphrey has practiced in Arlington since 1976. He is Board Certified
by the American Board of Ophthalmology. A graduate of the University of
Texas at El Paso, Dr. Humphrey received his M.D. from the University of
Texas Medical School in Galveston. He completed his internship at Maricopa
County Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. After his internship, he served in
the U.S. Army as a general Medical Officer from 1969 to 1972. He was honorably
discharged with the rank of Major. He completed his Residency in Ophthalmology
at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. Dr. Humphrey is a member of numerous
medical societies including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the
American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, American Medical
Association and the Texas Ophthalmological Association and has received
the Physician of the Year Award from his peers of the Tarrant County Medical
Society, Arlington Branch.
