Pat Colerick, O.D., a Nebraska native, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. After his undergraduate work, Dr. Colerick moved to Chicago and received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Colerick resides in Southlake and is married. He is the proud parent of two sons and a daughter. He is a sports enthusiast who follows high school, collegiate and professional sports.

He is certified by the International Board of Examiners in Optometry in The Treatment and Management of Ocular disease. He has held licenses in Nebraska, Colorado, California and Texas, where he is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He serves as a Sub-Investigator for the FDA in the Bausch and Lomb Crystalens toric study. He is currently a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, and is the secretary of the Tarrant County Optometric Society.

Dr. Colerick has extensive experience in Refractive Surgery management including LASIK, PRK, PTK, Crytalens, ReSTOR, Tecnis, and most intraocular lenses. He also has worked extensively in postoperative management of most types of corneal surgery.
