Pricing
The cost for LASIK, Crystalens, ICL, Cataract or other surgery will be quoted to you following your in-office exam & screening that is payable in full or in part via credit card (potential to earn airline miles), cash and/or through financing.

Insurance
Call us to see if your vision plan offers discounts on LASIK (some offer 15% discount off our price). For cataract surgery, our doctors and surgery center participate in most major medical insurance networks. 

Payment Plans & Financing
We offer payment plans through CareCredit that can help you pay for your vision correction procedure with options for interest free (0%) up to 24 months* or in smaller payments in up to 60 months*.

No Interest if Paid in Full within 24 Months* on purchases of $300 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within 24 months or if you make a late payment. Minimum Monthly Payments Required.

*Valid on CareCredit account. A minimum purchase amount may be required for promotional plans longer than 6 months in duration. On promo purchase balance, monthly payments required, but no Finance Charges will be assessed if (1) promo purchase balance paid in full in 24 months, and (2) all minimum monthly payments on account paid when due. Otherwise, promo may be terminated and treated as a non-promo balance. Finance Charges will be accrued at the Purchase APR and assessed from purchase date. Standard terms apply to non-promo purchase and optional charges. Promo purchases on existing accounts may not receive full benefit of promo terms, including reduced APR if applicable, if account is subject to penalty APR. Medicare 
Yes, we do take assignment with Medicare. Key-Whitman will file your cataract surgery procedure with Medicare. 

Tax Refunds

Flex Spending Accounts
Health-savings plans or Flex-Spending Accounts are a great way to save money on LASIK or vision correction.  If your employer participates, simply have your vision correction surgery then submit your claim through your pre-paid Flex Spending Account. Most programs will reimburse you immediately (up to your designated commitment level), giving you up to 12 months to pay (one paycheck at a time) and more time to enjoy your vision! Check with your benefits coordinator with your employer for details.

At Key-Whitman Eye Center, our goal is to provide exceptional eye care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of eye care.

Cancellations of Appointments
Please call the Key-Whitman Eye Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment.If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled office appointment we require that you give at least 24 hours notice. You will be assessed a $25.00 fee if you fail to cancel your appointment with the minimum 24 hour notice. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely eye care. Surgical Appointments
Cancellation of scheduled surgeries require 24 hours notice.
